The ChemGrout High Pressure Pump series are skid mounted grout pumps.
These low maintenance pumps are designed to work with your grouting batch
plant or mixing system. The grout pump is a double acting, positive
displacement plunger style that is available in three different sizes,
3x8, 2x8 and 1x8, offering discharge pressures of 1,000 psi, 1,600 psi
and 2,000 psi respectively. The plunger pump is designed so that
conversion between the pressure outputs is quick, easy and cost effective.
Operator controls are centrally located for efficient production.
The pump has patented fasteners that dramatically reduce disassembly time
for cleaning and maintenance.
Applications include: soil & rock, tie backs, foundation,
soil & building stabilization, high pressure, post tensioning, undersealing
and slab raising.
