The ChemGrout CG-L10 is a perfect solution when pumping viscous, abrasive
or solid laden materials. This size 10 Progressive Cavity, positive
displacement, flanged inlet grout pump is designed for neat cement, bentonite,
cement/bentonite, cement/sand, non-shrink grouts, metallic grouts, self
leveling underlayments, repair mortars, plaster, fireproofing and most
packaged grout mixes. The CG-L10 progressing cavity grout pump features
variable speed controls to give you complete control over the grout flow
with output volumes from 3 GPM (11 LPM) to 75 GPM (284 LPM) and output
pressures from 261 PSI (18 BAR) to 522 PSI (36 BAR). The pumps are
equipped with various sized holding hoppers and hopper screens best suited
for the materials and application. Suction hoses are also available
The ChemGrout CG-L10 grout pumps can be designed with optional items
like a pump bypass assembly to ensure proper pressure control during grouting
operations and shaker screens when pumping out of a ready-mix truck.
The operator controls are centrally located for efficient, safe production.
All components are easily accessible for operating, cleaning, and maintenance.
Applications include: soil & rock anchors, void filling,
waterproofing, encasements, marine/underwater grout bags, well casing,
abandon shafts/holes, large machine base, cable stays, slurry cutoff
walls, foundation repair, concrete repair, masonry repair, floor restoration,
slab undersealing, mudjacking, soil stabilization and slurry trenches.
