The ChemGrout CG2L4 is a 2 Stage, Size 4, Flanged-Inlet Progressive Cavity Grout Pump . It is available both skid and trailer mounted. The progressive cavity pump is a perfect solution when pumping viscous, abrasive or solid laden materials. The 2L4 is designed to pump neat cement, bentonite, cement/bentonite, ultrafine cements, and some smooth, creamy, lightly sanded packaged grout mixes. The CG2L4 pump cannot pump heavily sanded grouts, repair mortars or pea gravel. These progressive cavity grout pump systems feature output volumes from 1 GPM (3.8 LPM) to 12 GPM (45 LPM) and output pressures from 174 PSI (12 BAR) up to 261 PSI (18 BAR). These grout pumps are positive displacement, progressing cavity, rotor-stator type pumps manufactured by ChemGrout. The pumps are equipped with holding hoppers and hopper screens, various sizes are available. All these grout pumps are designed with variable speed controls to give you complete control over the grout flow. The pump bypass assembly ensures proper pressure control during grouting operations. The operator controls are centrally located for efficient, safe production. All components are easily accessible for operating, cleaning, and maintenance. The trailer mounted units are road and job site ready equipped with leaf springs, lights and a working platform.
