The ChemGrout L8 is a Size 8, Flanged-Inlet Progressive Cavity Grout Pump.  The progressive cavity pump is a perfect solution when pumping viscous, abrasive or solid laden materials.  The L8 is designed to pump neat cement, bentonite, cement/bentonite, ultrafine cements, cement/sand, non-shrink grouts, metallic grouts, self leveling underlayments, some repair mortars, plaster, fireproofing and most packaged grout mixes. The CG-L8 pump can also pump heavily sanded grouts, and repair mortars.  These progressive cavity grout pump systems feature output volumes from 1 GPM (3.8 LPM) to 45 GPM (170 LPM) and output pressures from 174 PSI (12 BAR) up to 261 PSI (18.0 BAR).  The pumps are equipped with holding hoppers and hopper screens, various sizes are available.  Suction hoses are also available if you need to connect to an agitator tank.  All these grout pumps are designed with variable speed controls to give you complete control over the grout flow.  The operator controls are centrally located for efficient, safe production.  All components are easily accessible for operating, cleaning, and maintenance.
